WINTER CAMPING AVAILABILITY – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Winter camping is available! However, this RV is not originally equipped as a four-season camper. If your reservation includes dates when temperatures may fall below freezing (32°F), the RV will be delivered winterized, meaning the onboard water system, sinks, shower, and toilet will not be available for use. Full Winter Camping Option: For guests who need running water and functioning plumbing during their stay, additional cold-weather equipment can be installed for an added fee. This may include a heated freshwater hose, holding-tank and plumbing freeze protection, and insulated skirting. The winter camping setup must be arranged and approved before booking. Additional fees will vary depending on the length of your stay, expected weather conditions, and equipment required. Please contact us before booking any stay that may experience freezing temperatures so we can discuss your needs, available options, and associated costs. Note: Even with additional winter equipment, continuous heat, electricity, and proper winter operating procedures are required. Winter camping with functioning plumbing is subject to the RV's ability to be safely equipped for the expected conditions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Welcome to your new home on the road! This 29' travel trailer has all the space you need to make a great weekend outdoors. The trailer has 2 twin size bunks, a queen size bed, a dinette conversion that sleeps 2, and a fold out sofa for sleeping up to 8. The bunks have a Pac-n-Play Storage door, converting the lower bunk into a large storage area for traveling with lots of gear. The kitchen has everything you could want including a Gas/AC Refrigerator, 3 Burner Stove, Oven, 5 cup coffee pot, Microwave, and a large pantry for storing all your snacks and meals. For spending time outdoors, the trailer has a 24' awning as well as provided patio mat for setting up a large patio area to enjoy the great outdoors. The trailer has a 36 gallon fresh water tank or you can use the city water hookup. Other utilities include cable TV/antenna hookup for your TV, two 30 lb propane gas tanks, and 30 amp electric service. The trailer is easily towed with a 1/2 ton pickup as long as you have a brake controller and a 7 pin round electrical hookup. Delivery is available upon request.
