A balcony, albeit very small, is accessible from the master bedroom.
Comfortable furnitures, and kitchen had a lot of appliances (stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge), dishes, cups, cutlery, and mugs.
Spacious rooms.
Very nice fans available, and they're very quiet at lower speeds while still blowing quite a lot of air.
Free, fast wifi, and TV had a good selection of channels.
Provided conditioner and body lotion.
Location is less than a 10 minutes walk from the train station, tourist Douro boat rides, shops, and restaurants.
Residents-only street, which allowed us to park in the street.
Master bedroom's bed was very creaky, leading to bad sleep.
The windows' sound isolation was very poor. You can clearly hear vehicles driving by.
Shower head water pressure was very bad because of a problem in its tube. Toilet flushing is quite loud, and bathroom sink makes a small whistling sound if not fully open.
We brought our own shampoo & shower gel, which was a good thing, because they only provided conditioner and body lotion.
Parking is definitely hard with cars that are bigger than a normal city car.
