Cozy , luxurious, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was awesome and so much tasty
WiFi not working only smart TV was playing on net but sometimes control by others , no hot water available as claimed, you need to request for hot water and then wait for hours

Breakfast was from Second Cup, excellent.
Location is close to Nathiagali bazaar.
Staff is very cooperative.
Our room had construction going on outside the window so that was a problem for opening the windows and labour going around outside. But that hotel is being constructed too fast so that won’t be a problem later on.
The staff however changed our room later on.
