We had a great, comfortable stay . Staff was very helpful . Room was clean and spacious. Food was good. Big lawns. Overall beautiful resort no complaints. They also have wheelchair.

The location and the amenities that were available.
The AC wasn’t working n since we booked for 3 of us in one room, the sofa / bed did not have a bedspread and bed sheets rather not kept in the room. Inspite of asking only bedspread was provided!! The reception seemed lost on their own. The restaurant had table matts which had an odour n inspite of asking the staff it wasn’t changed, the food was good but not great, Expected a better stay with food for a royal orchid resort.
