Location good,nice view over the harbour. Bed was comfortable. We bought a parking permit and left car at Breakwater car park, as could not find any roadside parking.
My major concern is that bathroom is on the side of steps everyone has to walk up. Can see straight through, others have mentioned this and nothing has been done, needs rectifying. Also the hair dryer was not working properly making a strange noise got very hot so could not use, needs replacing.No coffee pods,blue tooth speaker or bath mat.Chairs not as advertised too

We loved the location and the suite was beautiful,bed comfortable and bathroom fantastic. Lots of hot water,great views and close proximity to the harbour.
Probably us but no instruction for hot water kettle thingy. We thought you'd press the button to produce water but it just heats and pours out. Also the kitchen was full of unwashed glasses for 2 days,in the end I washed it all. Some bags for the bin would have been great as we stayed 5 days. Mugs in the room would have been appreciated. The Tv had really poor picture and lots of interference. We contacted Luxury coast who said they'd see to it but nothing changed and we heard no more. Not big things at all but would make it perfect.

Fantastic location, excellent decor, great view of the harbour from the windows
Bathroom windows were at the same level as a pathway running alongside. Although the windows are frosted you could still easily make out somebody using the toilet or in the bath or shower. Having blinds in the windows would add the privacy to relax fully and take advantage of the big bath. Could do with more wine glasses in the shared utility room.
