Location and greenery
Staff was over cautious about providing hot water to us, need to request every time.
Food was horrible, got stomach infection, check out time is 10:00AM and check in time is 12:00PM

The room was clean and the valley view from the balcony was really exceptional. The overall service was good. The staff was very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic š
The TV was not working when I checked in but on the second day of my stay, they fixed it. Also, for hot water I have to tell them to start the tab. I think that's not a big issue but thought of mentioning it.

1) Come for the amazing people who make you feel welcome. Very cordial and accommodative staff.
2) Location is perfect for a serene and peaceful stay. Away from the bustle of the tourists from Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. At the same time ,situated mid way to both these places.
3) Sunset is just as brilliant from the room as from any other crowded points.
4) Great value for money given the spacious and clean rooms.
