The room i stayed in had a television and a sink to use. The toilet was nearby from the room. Everything you need is nearby.

Very nice central location yet quiet neighbourhood. City centre and train station are both 5 minutes away. The house was well maintained and beautiful. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Price was a bit more than average but not exorbitant.
There was just 1 plug point that too at the bottom of a table. You have to stoop very low to get that. The shower area is a bit compact and tight. TV was at a difficult angle to watch as it was on a wall parallel to the length of the room. Just these small things. I don’t have a lot of complaints actually.

Price was good
Location was not as expected. Many flights of stairs separate the B&B street from the streets around Railway Station, buses, taxi's and shops. This was unexpectedly difficult to manage dragging luggage. The distance is not large on the map but requires a taxi if you're dragging luggage. Also, no breakfast was provided, so the B&B designation seems wrong.
