Large apartment for a couple. With garden and aircon…kitchen was supplied well and the space was very comfortable. The train separates you from the beach, but there is easy access from the main road, no need to drive. We stayed for four nights and had an amazing time in Bordighera. Surprisingly the train was not disturbing. Parked a car-on street, just outside of the apartment with no issues. The pictures are very representative. The hosts communicated well and we had everything we needed.
The garden was beautiful and shaded…there was little sun…kept the house cool, but didn’t offer great drying for the washing. This time of year we had to deal with mosquitoes so we didn’t spend too much time in the garden.

completamente immersa nella natura e impreziosita da piante giganti. Un grande punto a favore è la privacy: ogni loft è separato da una barriera di piante. La struttura sorge all'interno di una splendida serra recuperata, un dettaglio architettonico che ho apprezzato moltissimo.
La posizione è comodissima: si trova vicino a un bar e alla fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere il centro o il mercato di Ventimiglia. Inoltre, è vicinissimo al mare e a una spiaggia libera Bandiera Blu, dotata di servizi perfetti come docce e raccolta differenziata. Lo consiglio .

Удивительно, как в такой крошечной комнате хозяевам удалось создать хорошие условия для пребывания! Полностью оснащенная всем необходимым мини- квартира.
Спальня на втором уровне. Белье, подушки, одеяла- всего достаточно. Чисто, стильно, со вкусом! Летом еще и маленькая территория рядом со столом, в зелени!
Вокруг много экзотических растений- кактусы и суккуленты.
Ночью не очень просто найти .
Звукоизоляция слабая- слышно шум поезда, а также все что делают соседи за стеной🤷🏻♀️
Парковка по сути отсутствует- машины стоят вдоль тротуара и вечером найти свободное место невозможно!
Мне, как путешественнику со стажем, стоимость кажется несколько завышенной.

L appartement est propre et dispose de toutes les commodités
La logistique, le site utilisé pour les contrats de séjour et règlement de la taxe de séjour est pas performant. Nous avons dû attendre une heure avant de récupérer les codes. Notre voisin a vécu la meme mésaventure. Alors que j avais tenu informé par message que je n arrivais pas à régler la taxe . C est grâce a un couple italien que l on a pu débloquer la la situation, car nos messages sont restés sans réponse et le numéro de téléphone indiqué toujours sur messagerie. En revanche, une fois les 4 euros payé car bien évidemment les 180 euros avaient déjà été prélevés on a eu les codes 20 min plus tard !
De plus , la situation géographique n est franchement pas idyllique ! Par rapport au prix payé 180 euros la nuit entre une ligne de chemin de fer et la route principale de bordighera très fréquentée. Et la plage à côté n est vraiment pas propre. Et les câbles électriques qui pendouillent dans la cuisine à revoir.
