The rooms are pretty big, kitchenette with a fridge is excellent for extended stays. The staff was always helpful and tried to solve the issues.

When we arrived around 11 pm, rooms were not ready for us and other guests arriving at the same time, even though we made our reservation well in advance. We stayed here before, and I guess it is a good budget option, but going to skip next time. Cleanliness could be better.

Absolutely horrible

We arrived to check in at 8:20pm and there were NO rooms cleaned. They told us 45 mins and my family and I sat around for 4 hrs!! At 12:15am our room still was not ready. I had 4 kids a dog with me so finding another hotel to stay at was not easy, but we had no choice but to go somewhere else. I will never try and stay here ever again.

No clean rooms at 8:30 at night!

Terrible service

I did not stay here, got to the hotel at 4pm and was in line in the hottest lobby ever for over an hour and a half, horrible service , no room was ready so I had them cancel my room and wad told there would be no charge !! Will never nook there ever again.

Nothing canceled my room after standing in line fir over an hour and a half horrible service and it was hotter in the lobby then it was outside ! Was told my room was canceled with no charge! Never would ever book here again!

great location & the front desk guy (Lee) was amazing and so kind and very apologetic about the wait for a clean room

Only had to stay one night.

Didn't have my room ready, also paid extra for a king bed and got a Queen bed instead.

I liked the rooms, they were nice. location was nice too.

I didn’t like that when we got to our room there was multiple huge stains on the comforter of one of the beds. once I was able to reach the front desk he said he would come take a look, he then took an hour just to look in which I finally went down there, because all we wanted to do was sleep. we were exhausted. he only gave me the top sheet as replacement rather than a new bed spread. then from 8 pm to when we woke up the next day, the people above us were so loud we could hardly rest. I made many calls to the front desk like I was told if something happened, and nobody answered or called back. will not be back unfortunately.
