Beliggenheden er formidabel, tæt på næsten alting. Lejligheden er meget stor og rummelig, altanen er pragtfuld, hvor jeg befandt mig mest i de lyse timer, når jeg var hjemme. Det at kunne bestille morgenmad gennem receptionen fungerede perfekt og meget nemt. Personalet var søde og meget imødekommende, hjælpsomme. Der er vaske maskine og tørretumler på stedet, hvor der er vaskemiddel i prisen, meget nemt.
Husk at købe ind inden du /i komme til byen der er kun en Sherpa butik som er meget dyr.

Clean, contemporary, good views. Comfortable beds, great spa facilities
Bad smell from the drains in one of the showers. Could have provided some bin bags. Some of the utensils were broken & pans quite old.

The apartments were nicely decorated, and the sauna was great. Overall the facilities were exactly as we hoped. Also the location to the lifts was great (5 mins walking)
I'm normally very easy about service, but this was just incredibly frustrating:
- You got exactly one roll of toilet paper for your stay, anything else came at an extra charge/you have to buy it in the shop.
- You had to pay 8€ per towel if you needed it washed
- Using their washing machine/dryer is 10€
- If you have to use the sofa bed they don't make it for you and just give you a bundle of bed sheets on checking
- They expect you to fully clean the apartment, including emptying the vacuum cleaner bags, having the dishwasher empty (so you can't use it on your last day)
- You get two bars of soap, one of which is in a package labeled shampoo (both are soap really though)
- You get two dishwasher tablet for the whole stay
- One dish cloth for the whole stay which you have to pay to get washed
And reception is also closed for pretty much the whole afternoon, so after their snow plow boxed in our car with snow we were just stuck for the day until reception opens again at 4:30.
Considering you have to clean the flat and undo the beds for them it's just ridiculous that checkout is at 10am latest and Check-in only after 5pm.
