Nice apartment hotel with very friendly staff, ample parking space and located close to the busy area of Ksamil. Our flat had 3 balconies, was well equipped (washing machine, kitchen aids, crockery, s.o.) and was perfectly clean. We enjoyed a visit to Butrint.
Near beaches are surrounded by restaurants, crowded and noisy. To be recommended more for boating and jet-ski than swimming, relaxing.

We stumbled upon this apartment with good fortune at the very last minute. The kind and friendly staff was extremely accommodating in many ways including allowing us close access to the room to unload our over-packed car as well as providing us with secure storage for our e-bikes. The property was in very good condition and we found the beds refreshingly comfortable. The air conditioning unites in both the bedroom and living area were clean and cool during the hot August days. Embroidered sheets with the hotel name and regular cleaning of the rooms were just indicators of the care and attention they put into the management of the place. The location is convenient enough to walk to many beaches, restaurants, markets and other services (like boat rentals).
Very minor items. The busy elevator required occasional waiting in a hot (open) entrance way. But it was the high-season and we were grateful to even have an elevator to get to our third floor room. Also, the Wi-Fi data rate wasn't solid enough to be functional for my laptop, but the hotel attributed the issue to the overall infrastructure in the area. We used a mobile hotspot instead.

The staff is excellent! They are a so helpful, nice and, really go above and beyond for their guests. Alexa and the front desk is amazing she helped me with so many things and was always available when I needed her via whatsapp. The location is perfect. There are supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and nightlife all a short walking distance. The apartment was clean, spacious and there was a washer which was a very nice bonus. Another great thing was that do cleaning in the middle or your stay which many other apartments dont. I would highly recommend this property.
