Há uma boa cozinha para preparação de um café simples e um bom espaço de refeitório. As instalações são bem novas. A conexão de internet funcionou bem. A localização é boa para quem dispõe de carro e a rua pareceu tranquila e silenciosa.
No banheiro não havia sabonete nem xampu.

Tudo limpo e organizado, instalações novas, banheiro excelente, localização (muito perto de Inhotim, excelente para quem vai visitar o parque), muito sossegado. Donos muito simpáticos e gentis.
Apenas gostaria de indicar 2 pontos de melhoria: 1) não é oferecido sabonete para banho (não é um problema, mas se fornececem 1 pequenininho seria muito bom) e 2) precisam instalar uma campainha no local.
