Good value for money

We chose this property because of its location - it is reasonably close to 2 metro stations and the training venue we attended daily. The flat was tiny but clean and equipped with everything necessary (fridge, cups, knives and forks). Hot water and wi fi were fine, it was warm (not too hot or cold). Reasonable storage space. It was on the ground floor, so no need to use the lift. Supermarkets are nearby. Good value for money. Staff was helpful. Good security

Very bad soundproofing - it is essentially a large flat broken into 4 studios, so all conversations in the corridor and any other studios when their doors are open to the corridor, can be clearly heard. Very narrow entrance, so getting in and out with the luggage requires planning. Unlit entrance to the building (which is a Soviet-style apartment block). The fridge door was sticky, so you have to hold the fridge when opening, otherwise the whole fridge moved out.
