This was a perfect position for our yearly visit to Scarborough. We needed a ground floor apartment as our mobility isn't so good these days. Spacious and comfortable and easy to walk to the Spa.
Could only open one window in lounge and one in bedroom.
Water from the shower took a long time to drain away

Die Lage, die Aussicht aus der Ferienwohnung und das ein Aufzug vorhanden war. Das hat uns mit Kinderwagen etc sehr geholfen!
Das der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist! Er hat uns direkt geholfen, als Schwierigkeiten auftraten.
Das es keine barrierefreie Möglichkeit gab, um ins Haus zu kommen.
Das wir über Booking.com die falsche Apartmentnummer bekommen haben und somit Zeit vor Ort verschenkt haben…

Da es sich um eine geräumige Wohnung handelt war der Platz sehr schön, es gab genügend raum um sich zu bewegen und genug Gemütlichkeit um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Parkplatz Situation war trotz besetzter Parkplätze gut gelöst. Es gab sowas wie Besucher Parkausweise.
Das Badezimmer war innenliegend und man musste in die Wohnung lüften da die Lüftung nur lief wenn das Licht an war. In der Küche gab es ein zwei Anzeichen das die Vormieter nicht sorgsam mit der Ausstattung umgegangen sind.
