Receptionist handled our parking arrangement which was greatky appreciated. Confortable beds, good shower and decent breakfast. Great value for money and located in the centre within walking distance from all main attractions.

The perfect location in the heart of the city centre but on a quiet street close to the new bazaar. Kind and professional staff. Amazing breakfast with lots of choice.
The only thing missing was a kettle in my room, which would have been useful.

Beautiful hotel in a very central location, only a few metres from Skanderbeg square. Room was very clean and had everything you need.
Breakfast wasn't outstanding but sufficient.

Location was excellent - near to roundabout on main road where buses stopped - short walk to Market Square with restaurants and some night life
Opposite was a Bureau de Change - very handy as you can only get Leke currency in Albania itself
Also pharmacy close by and very nice coffee/pastry shop next door
Main complaint was the lack of bannisters on the many marble staircases - as elderly visitors we found this most distressing and we felt at risk of falling.
Breakfast was adequate but disorganised - running out of items ie plates and cutlery. They need a coffee machine instead of coffee in flasks.
Reception staff ranged from excellent to barely passable- no local maps with good information for places to visit - good local restaurants etc
Had to ask at main reception for more toilet rolls !!
