My stay was fine overall. The room was okay—comfortable enough, but not quite what I expected. It met the basic needs, but I was hoping for a bit more in terms of amenities and overall atmosphere. It wasn't bad, just didn't quite live up to the expectations I had based on the description. The stay was still decent, but I feel there’s room for improvement
My stay was okay overall, but there were a few things that didn’t meet my expectations. First, I noticed that the price I paid was actually higher than the rate offered directly at the hotel, which was a bit frustrating. The room itself was fine, but it definitely needs some attention. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, so we couldn’t watch YouTube or stream anything, which was disappointing. Also, the location of the balcony wasn’t ideal—it didn’t offer much of a view or privacy.
One of the biggest let-downs for me was the breakfast. While it was included, we had to pay extra for anything beyond the basic options, and the prices were quite high. I really think that should have been clearly stated in advance to avoid confusion.
That said, I do want to highlight that the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in the overall experience. Just a few things to be aware of before booking.
