A Pousada é aconhegante, funcionarios simpaticos e prestativos, ajudam quando você precisa saber onde comprar algo, tem parceria com a agencia Viva Chapada para contrato de passeios, o café da manhã é muito gostoso com variedades de frutas, pães e sucos, as acomodações são confortáveis e muito bem organizadas e limpas. Super recomendo para quem viaja em família, principalmente crianças e idosos.

Sugestão! Nos quartos pode conter, no jardim dos que ficam na parte de baixo da pousada, um varal para secar roupas iguais aqueles de apartamento, que são portáteis, abrem e fecham, pois quando voltamos dos passeios das cachoeiras as roupas vem molhadas e precisam de um lugar para escorrer e secar, senti falta disso.

Gostei muito do atendimento e cortesia da equipe do hotel! Gostamos também do café da manhã e da estrutura coletiva do hotel. Também achamos a estrutura do banheiro boa e o tamanho do quarto razoável. A garagem também é muito boa.

A acústica dos quartos é ruim. É possível escutar tudo o que se escuta nos quartos ao lado. Seria recomendável que o hotel oriente os hóspedes que façam o maior silência possível para a harmonia no hotel.
