The shared living, dining and kitchen facilities were great and provided a nice opportunity to meet other guests. We enjoyed the ability to prepare, cook and store our own food in the large, well equiped kitchen. Exceptional value for money.
Needing to park the car on the curb due to extremely steep driveway.
Instructions on how to use the coffee machine would be good and save some time in the morning.

On a quiet street.
Parking was difficult and on a narrow corner on the road.

The location and shared kitchen facilities were good.
Payment upfront and no refunds for a 10 day stay. I should have suspected based on this the following issues:
I could hear the conversations of all other guests at all times.
I could hear the people in the adjacent rooms snoring.
There was a stolen and destroyed car parked out the front of the property (not a good sign).
I was woken up at 2 am with a stolen car on fire out the front of the property.
