Bel appartement très propre et bien aménagé. Personnel sérieux et serviable.
Sérieux problèmes d'électricité dû aux nombreuses coupures et un générateur sous-dimensionné à la taille de l'immeuble. Certains appareils comme le four micro-ondes le chauffe eau les climatiseurs etc. etaient inutilisables. La vaisselle n'était pas toujours à la hauteur ( 2 tasses pour 4 personnes).
