Hermoso lugar. Un bosque precioso y un ambiente super calmsdo

I liked everything.

We have been here before, we like the location since it is like 5 minutes to the center of the town. It is very peaceful, we always loved this location...but....see below what we did not like... Town is great, since it is very beautiful, food is great, we liked the weather and the people are super nice.

Well we have been to this location like 2 times before, it was well taken care of but this time we have noticed a bathroom lamp like just tilted like if it will fall down....the worst part is that we could not use the jacuzzi since the curtain is very thin and at night you can see thru from outside which made it uncomfortable to even use the jacuzzi :-( this time we did not get a nice view, we had a view of the back part of the cabins.....

Staff were very slow to solve things when there were water problems with the cabins and they say different things regarding their policies (some said the wood would be charged even if we did an extension, but then another one would give it for free saying because we had paid for an extension/late check out). Fortunately, the manager/owner did not agree with the level of service we were receiving and extended our stay until 7pm for free. I also didn't like that even though its a space to rest, there's building works going on every day.
