Amazing location, great views, nice rooms, the owner was a delight. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Would love to come back in non-summer months
Rooms were stuffy without air conditioning and one room on reservation didn’t have a fan.

The welcome that we received and the courtesy of the staff were exceptional. The location and view was second to none.

This hotel is in an historic building within the medieval walls of Trevi, and a short walk from the main sights, bars and restaurants. The building itself is attractive and there's a terrace where you can sit outside. The ceilings are high, and there's some interesting old furniture and art.. There is a lift to take baggage upstairs (the stairs are rather steep).
Unfortunately the hotel does not cope at all well with hot weather. A single fan can't keep a room cool enough for a good night's sleep. The hotel lift is definitely due for replacement; this is a safety issue and the hotel is not suitable for anyone with a disability. A thing that was slightly strange was the 'welcome leaflet' in the room which really was not very welcoming - it was essentially a list of rules and costs for extras.
