I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here for a few nights. The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable, and the guest house felt safe and secure throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it, particularly for families.
The customer service was excellent. The manager, was extremely helpful, professional and attentive throughout my stay. He was always available whenever I needed any assistance and responded very quickly to my messages.

دار ضيافة نظيف ومعقول السعر وبه كل الخدمات والتكييف والانترنت وأخلاق العاملين ممتازة ومحترمين جدا والمهم أمان وهدوء وقريب من كل المحلات التجارية من مطاعم شعبية وبقالات ومغسلات وغير ذلك والنزل.
للأسف تقريبا كل الفنادق ودور الضيافة التي بهذا السعر عندما تذهب تتفاجأ بالسعر مختلف ويطلبون منك أجر أعلى من الذي حجزته في تطبيق booking إذا طلبت تشغيل التكييف ، بالرغم من توفر هذه الخدمة وقت الحجز ، ولكن تفاهمت مع المسؤول على دفع 3500 روبية مقابل أن يشمل ذلك المكيف ، لأن الغرف والحمام نظيف ورغبت في الاستقرار كم يوم ، وكذلك عدم توفر لحاف وتم الاستعاضة عنها بشرشف قطن وأتمنى توفير ذلك مستقبلا، وللأمانة أخلاق المدير محترمة جدا ووثقت بهم ولذلك سكنت كذا ليلة.
وقعت على ورقة قال لي العامل أنها تخصهم بخصوص إثبات أني سكنت عندهم ، أنا أصدقهم ولكن بشكل قانوني أرغب في تصوير الورقة ورفض ولم يتجاوب معي ، أتمنى من إدارة النزل إرسال نسخة لي ، وكذلك إدارة شركة booking كذلك ، لا يوجد ما يثبت أني سكنت.
