Nice holiday apartment near the center

Standard apartment was a bit small but modern, nicely designed , very clean. Bed was very comfortable . I liked spacious shower, a kettle with tea and coffee, bathrobe and slippers. It had a little terrace area. It was in the basement which was an advantage in hot summer. Lobby and common areas were well - kept and pleasantly designed.

A small stove in the apartment could be an advantage.

Lovely modern apartments with good organization of space. The service is unobtrusive but attentive. You need to inform about the need for cleaning in advance, everything will be done at a convenient time for you. It is very convenient to communicate via whatsapp. The apartment has everything you need. Nice sea view even from the 2nd floor. There are parking spaces near the hotel. We'll come back here again.

I wish the shower gel and shampoo were updated periodically. The same goes for slippers and toilet paper. Asking is inconvenient. We ended up buying our own. It's not critical, but it would be nice.

All smiles, positives and nice emotions!

Location within 7 minutes from restaurants, shops, everything needed. Sea view from the room is almost perfect if not a house in front. Flat itself is tidy, well-designed, just makes happy being there. Special 11/10 for the host, guy was super nice and helpful with all cases, from transfers to recommendations, always in touch. Will come back to Sole Suites next time in Kas, definitely!

Maybe air conditioning could be better, the one in the bedroom was not cold enough for such weather.

Very spacious, very good aircon. Tidy, modern and clean. The host is extremely accomodating and responsive. Small hill to walk but if you don’t want to be walking hills then Kas isn’t for you.

Slight smell from bathroom drain but common in the area and nothing against the property.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sole Suites. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They upgraded our room for free which was a lovely surprise and we were given a spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. All the rooms were large, spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Our bed was large and so comfy, and the bedroom was sleek and luxurious. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet street with beautiful views of Kas, but only a short walk to the lively town and seafront. We only stayed for a few nights but we would definitely return to Kas and book to stay at Sole Suites for much longer as the apartment was really liveable.

Hotel is very comfortable and clean, all equipment looks new and fresh and works. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Hotel is close to city centre with all bars, cafes and restaurants and Kas Marina.

Sometimes it was hard to get a parking place because of high occupancy during the holidays.

Beautiful apartment

We had a really lovely apartment, spacious, smart, modern, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. 3 sets of French doors onto sunny balconies. Great A/C. Strong wifi. Quiet location surrounded by other similar accommodations, just 5 minutes walk to the centre.

We were delighted by our stay in Sole Suites

We had a wonderful stay at Soles Suites. The apartment is brand new, very clean and has all necessary appliances for cooking or washing. It is furnished and decorated with good taste. The bedroom is very comfortable. The sea view from the living room is absolutely breathtaking. The terrace is huge, you may have breakfast there everyday. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you very much for everything!

We stayed in a super deluxe room, loved the room and the view from the balcony is amazing! Comfortable, clean apartments, attentive staff. We liked everything very much.

clean room with no services

Room was contemporary furnished and we found it fresh and clean.

There were no services in the building: no place where hang towels, no bed sheets. They don’t clean rooms every day if you don’t clearly ask them to do. they only provide 2 small bottles of water and don’t replace water and soap/shampoo when they clean the room. there were no common spaces where chilling/having coffee. Owners are friendly but they don’t provide any suggestions or information to visit Kas (maybe because it was not so easy to communicate).

A great place at reasonable prices

Sole Suites is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the center. Some rooms have a very nice sea view. The staff is very kind, they are always ready to help you. Yusuf, Kasim, thank you!!! The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very large kitchen. Sitting and eating on the balcony was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend the place for comfort, beauty, service, location and prices.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything is new. The staff is nice and accommodating. Great locations.

There is no breakfast or laundry but the staff was very useful and indicated us alternatives.

Located close to fun dining options and a short drive from the beach

Since there was no phone in the room, we had to text room service on WhatsApp or call them from our cell phone. Would like to have seen a bit more professional service

Kasim who looked after us was very helpful with a lovely polite manner and made our stay even better.

The location was great and the views were amazing we have stayed many times in Kas but this is the best property up to now as it also had a lift .

it would have been nice to have had a long mirror and we missed not having a toaster.

Little Paradise in Kas.

Generally this place is one of my best stay in Turkey. Didn't mind paying a bit more. Just a walking distance to centre. No need for public bus.
