Breakfast was excellent and plentiful! Location was perfect… Close enough to town to be convenient distances enough to be quiet. The host is lovely and helped organize a cab for me. She provides umbrellas and hiking poles for her guest to borrow as well.

This place is such a hidden gem in Fort William. It sits in the rear of a larger hotel/bed and breakfast so you have your own private entrance and parking spots. It is quiet and had a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and well kept amenities like coffee, fridge, etc. WiFi was good, the shower had great water pressure, and there was plenty of room to leave suit cases open on the ground without tripping over yourselves.
Location wise you were about 15 minute walk or so from the high street, so it was very walkable and the price was very competitive. Lorna the host was extremely kind, helpful, and even was able to get us in 2 hours early, which was huge coming off the train.
Breakfast was not included (which we knew going in) but that didn’t bother us as we were there to be mobile so we ate as we explored. It is not meant for more than 2 people just fyi. We would absolutely seek this location out if we came again!

The Garden Room is lovely! Very clean and tastefully decorated. Cozy and comfortable. Good mattress - we slept well!
We had a little difficulty finding the property, but our GPS led us astray. The property is right off the main road - easy access.

Room was lovely decorated and very comfortable to stay
Do not stay here if you want a smooth check-in. The address provided on the app is wrong, which resulted in a miserable 30-minute walk for me especially after a long day of hiking. I contacted the host about this, but they completely ignored my messages and never apologized. Zero customer service.Furthermore, they didn't send me the key code to get the keys. Very unprofessional.
