Excellent location full of greenary
Property esp buildings and restaurants look jaded. Spa was unimpressive and spa staff was not professional- appeared untrained

We stayed at the resort from 20th May to 23rd May. It’s a large property with many room categories, and we chose the pool villa. The villa was very good — spacious, furnished in an old‑style charm (not antique, but classic), and the private pool was clean with proper water circulation. The privacy was excellent, which made the stay even more relaxing.
The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. We had checked in to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they made the moment special by delivering a cake and a card exactly at midnight, along with a flower bouquet that I had arranged for the celebration. A thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Overall, a very good stay and highly recommended.
I would have happily given a full 5‑star rating, but the chaotic restaurant experience, delays in in‑room dining, and wrong orders prevent me from doing so. The F&B Manager personally met us, apologized for the inconvenience, and patiently listened to our suggestions. I genuinely hope the service improves, because the resort has great potential.

Night buffet was good with music the singer was very good.
30 minutes waited for the payment process. No visa or Master cards accepted.
Not suitable for international travelers.
Morning breakfast was crowded and food was not so tasty as expected.
Property was good but maintenance required.
