The air conditioner filter was bad, we both woke up sick. Went to a different hotel, felt great, so this confirmed the AC was the issue. Pillows were super flat,

Clean. Convenient. Everything works. Good location for the Porkies, Presque Isle river and the waterfalls. Several good restaurants nearby. Issues quickly addressed.

Nothing major. Minor issues were quickly addressed. A bit pricey.

Except for the carpet it was clean.

The carpet was stained and filthy. It looked like it was from the 70s and had never been replaced. We didn’t walk on it without shoes.
