Hotel oferuje wysoki standard pokoi, które są komfortowe i dobrze wyposażone. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują również znakomite, różnorodne śniadania.
Ogólnie oceniam pobyt na 8/10. Gdyby poziom obsługi był lepszy, hotel zasługiwałby na jeszcze wyższą ocenę.
Największym minusem była obsługa. Niestety większość personelu sprawiała wrażenie mało uprzejmego, a szczególnie panie w recepcji, które obsługiwały nas bardzo powoli i bez większego zaangażowania.

staff has been super helpful and patient: Enrique for the front desk and Adriana(?) of the restaurant/bar.
breakfast is very nice, also the option for food in the restaurant.
Close to the supermarket which is a plus.
hard to keep the plug in the power outlet.
also there was not a desk in my room that is close to any power outlet. Business traveller would have a hard time to plug in and work. I ended up working in the bar at the lobby, which was pleasant though I wish I could work in my room though.

Breakfast is good. You can order in room. But the taste is so so.
when electricity cuts off, there is no wifi. And the alarm sometimes is so noisy for no reason.
