Pleasant enough. We were those unlucky guests on the receiving end of maintenance problems - the sliding bathroom door fell off in my hands, and a drain was blocked. The staff attended to both issues as soon as I reported it. But on the bright side, the dinner was exceptional and deserves five stars.
