The apartment is spacious, with comfortable beds and a sofa so that it can easily accommodate 3-4 people. It has the needed cooking utensils for a longer stay. The best thing is that the guest can benefit from the spa facilities of St. Ivan Rilski hotel free of charge. We also had bath robes provided.
The garage under the building complex is already paid and with insufficient parking lots for the number of apartments. Parking outside is possible and free, but again, it's limited.
We would preferred a self check-in, even though our host was friendly and helpful all the time during our stay.

הדירה נעימה ומרווחת, המתחם מקסים והספא נהדר. יש מרפסת יפה ונעים לשבת בחוץ.
לא היו מוצרי רחצה למעט סבון. היו כלים לבישול אבל חוץ ממלח לא היו תבלינים או שמן לבישול. יש מכונת קפה אך אין קפה, נדרשנו לשלם על השימוש בקפסולות שמישהו השאיר אחריו בדירה. לא היו קפה תה וסוכר.
האמבטיה גבוהה מאוד וקשה להיכנס ולצאת ממנה. אין במקום מכונת כביסה אך ניתן לקבל שירותי כביסה מהמלון.

Изключително спокойно, уютно и топло място ! Локацията - планинско спокойствие !
Апартамента , в който бяхме настанени беше невероятен - чист, топъл и с прекрасна гледка ! СПА зона - изключително луксозна, поддържана и с голям професионален екип !
Ние останахме много впечатлени , останете и вие като посетите комплекса ! Няма да съжалявате ! Препоръчваме с две ръце и Благодарим !
Няма нещо , което да не ви хареса на толкова приятно и релаксиращо място !

Clean, nice welcome, all perfect as always. All we needed was available. Kitchen fully equipped, towels and all we needed for SPA.
