tutto. intanto si vede che l'appartamento è gestito direttamente dai proprietari. perciò la casa è attrezzata anche del più piccolo utensile. le camere spaziosissime e letti comodi (un pò meno i cuscini). se all'esterno l'immobile non dice nulla ...poi all'interno vedi che è frutto di recente ristrutturazione e arredato con gusto. l'host ci ha accolto personalmente, persone squisite, e quindi facile check-in nonchè info varie. noi lo abbiamo utilizzato come base per le visite ai luoghi limitrofi (Catania, Etna, Taormina, Naxos, Gole di Alcantara). a pochi passi dal centro storico.
solo che non ha parcheggio privato e, anche se tutto attorno possono esserci possibilità lungo le strade vicine ... a volte non è semplicissimo trovare un parcheggio comodo.

Posizione perfetta per vivere la città, parcheggio pubblico disponibile, struttura pulita e perfettamente attrezzata (la lavanderia è stata il non plus ultra, per i teli mare)

Very good localization, friendly host and fully equipped, spacious apartment.
Some things were not fully cleaned - there were some leftovers in the fridge, one of the towels was dirty. Nothing major, they were clearly just overlooked and were not a problem, because we got plenty of clean towels.
