Great location with parking, shower was really nice
Wifi connection was bad in the room but for us not a problem but maybe for other people can be inconvenient

Nice location. Secure and safe. Breakfast was modest yet good.
Had to wait for clean towels on the first day. Sometimes could be a bit noisy when guests arrive to check in or returning for the night.

Good location on walking distance from the old town center of Cuenca. Private closed parking at the hotel (albeit with a strict scheduling system for entering and exiting).
If you have a room on the streetside, you will experience a LOT of traffic noise. The windows don’t block any sound from outside. Very small bathroom with a ridiculously small toilet area. Getting hot water for a shower took about three minutes of running the shower before it started heating up. Towels and bed sheets did not seem very clean.
