리뷰만 봤을 때 우려했던 것들이 있었는데 나쁜 리뷰에 대한 충분한 반영이 있었던 것 같다. 그래서 크게 불편함이 없이 지낼 수 있었다.

Уже четыре раза останавливался в этом отеле. Тихо, чисто, приятные хозяева. Что немаловажно, разрешают остановиться с собаками (за небольшую доплату). Планирую и далее заезжать только к ним, надеюсь места будут.

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in diesem schönen Hotel. Sehr zentral gelegen, Parkplätze sind vor der Tür ausreichend zu finden. Das Personal, die Tochter und wechselweise die Mutter der Gastgeberfamilie, waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sprachen beide ein gutes Englisch. Kartenzahlung ist möglich, Kaffee und Tee gibt es gratis.
Wir hatten einmal das Frühstück gebucht (25 Gel p.P.), es war sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Zu Fuß sind einige Restaurants und auch Lebensmittelläden zu erreichen.

Central location
This is not an hotel, but apartments complex in which the owner is partially staying (doesn’t feel so private).
The smell of the bathroom is not that good (sewer).
You can’t control the temperature in the room, so it was too cold at night even with the central heat on.
The toilet and the bathroom facility were a bit malfunctioning (in one room the faucet was clogged and on the other, the toilet stopped working).
On same price, you can get a 4-star hotel in near by Gudauri (off season)
