L'emplacement , la tranquillité
À mon arrivée, la porte était fermée et aucune information claire ne m’avait été communiquée concernant la récupération des clés.Pensant avoir perdu les clés, j’ai immédiatement contacté l’hôte afin qu’il puisse m’apporter le double. Cette intervention m’a été facturée 50 €, somme que j’ai réglée.Environ une heure plus tard, j’ai finalement retrouvé les clés. J’ai alors demandé à l’hôte s’il était possible de me rembourser les 50 €, puisqu’il s’agissait d’une intervention qui, finalement, n’était plus nécessaire. Il a refusé.En revanche, lors de mon départ, il n’a pas manqué de me demander de lui remettre les deux jeux de clés.Je trouve cette attitude particulièrement regrettable et, à mon sens, manque de correction commerciale. Dans ces conditions, je ne reviendrai pas dans ce logement.Par ailleurs, le stationnement à proximité est particulièrement difficile, ce qui constitue également un point négatif important.

It’s a small studio style apartment with a raised sleeping area. It’s modern and in theory it should be perfectly comfortable but, frankly, it wasn’t.
After making a non-refundable booking the property messaged that the air conditioning should not be adjusted. I contacted booking.com to say not being able to adjust the temperature was ridiculous. During the stay the air conditioning shut down after midnight and was inoperable. It was extremely hot. The internet didn’t work either. The responses from the management was to send the same password that was in the room. Clearly, they are not interested in anything but non-refundable bookings. Then there was the toilet seat, the miserable rain shower that drips cold water while you wash , threadbare towels… Very strong contrast with other air bnb in Lazio which were very good.
