Very basic

The breakfast had variety.

The beddings are so old. The sheets are overused.

Customer treatment

Quite Environment and green. The manager in people skills and his warm welcome during breakfast is a plus. He is very good in handling complaints. Hus name is Cholo and i really liked the place because he is very Professional.

My welcome was bad, i was called back from the room to pay because i said i paid through booking.com only to realise i didnt. A male staff member had give le the keys and allowed me through. Then i get called by a female voice saying i didnt pay and i need to come back n pay, i i dicated i will pay in the morning dd she refused. Coming back she makes me pay for two nights not sure why but she indicated dhe thought i said 2 nights but i tjought she checked my booking n saw i booked 3 nights. The following afternoon i get to the reception, with 4-5 men there she said my room out loud i took the key n left-security risk. . That evening someone came knocking at my door i didnt open as i was not expecting visitor. Second evening i come back the same lady(Victoria) tells me i need to pay i asked jer for what because i paid she looks at the computer n asks me how many 'nights i booked ii walked away n went to my room. In the afternoon o get back they tell me i have a bill for one night, no explantion why i was made to pay two nights when i booked 3. Long story short i had to swipe my card twice for the same transaction. I think Victoria and her team needs training on how to handle customers. The manager needs a day or two bevause he seems to handle issues better.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with a living room and kitchen. It had plenty of space for us which was really nice since we were coming to live in Malawi and came with many suitcases. The room was exceptionally clean. The place was quiet and rooms were comfortable. We were able to order food, noting that it can take 1-2 hours for the food to be prepared but this was told in advance so we prepared accordingly.
