Great location in zamalek- walkable to many places, including the metro. Otherwise, a quick taxi ride away from everything. Flat was also very spacious. Cleanliness left much to be desired (would rate it slightly above standard for Egypt- not too clean but also not the dirtiest). Some staff were very helpful, but others were very difficult. Asked for towels (as we did not have any) and it took 2 days and many follow up requests to receive them.
Variable stay dependent on who’s working. Also, the walls are VERY thin. Someone was blasting music on our last night, the whole night, and it was as if the music was playing in my headphones.

Location is perfect, lot of restaurants, coffee shops, shops. The neighbour it is quiet.
The staff is so nice, and they are always happy to help.

Very good location, good shower, reception personel very nice, close to commerce and places to eat.
No window in the room, bed close to the wall could be appart since room big enough, no place to eat (no small table) or bench in the kitchen space and no hair drier.

24 hours administrative desks.
Room is vey big enough!
FRIDGE AND TV ARE NEW.
Hotel key doesn’t work and wait half day ..
No so much clean especially entrance hall and stairs..
