Georgio est un hôte formidable : il a répondu à toutes nos demandes ( réservation de cours de tennis, de restaurants...), il nous indiquait chaque jour les meilleurs spots dans les villes que nous allions visiter et répondait à nos questions en un temps record.
Sa demeure est pleine de charme, le jardin très bien entretenu, la piscine est spacieuse. L'endroit est très calme. L'intérieur des apartements est moderne et chaleureux. Nous avions réserver les 2 appartements ce qui fait que nous étions comme chez nous.
Situé au centre des Pouilles, l'emplacement du logement permet d'accéder à toutes les curiosités ( villages, plages...), en comptant entre 30 mn et 1h15 de route.
Des détails ! Quelques ustensiles de cuisine à compléter et .... Non, je ne vois pas !

Absolutnie doskonałe miejsce na pobyt i eksplorację południowej części Apulii. Urokliwe, przestrzenne mieszkanie, dwie sypialnie /jedna z jacuzzi/ ,wygodne łóżka, dwie łazienki, wyposażona kuchnia, zaopatrzona lodówka! Basen/!/ do niemal prywatnego użytku. Przyjazny gospodarz ,opiekuńczy i pomocny! Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja! Bezproblemowy parking. Zadbany ogród.
Może tylko sposób uruchamiania gazu /najpierw trzeba odkręcić kurek pod zlewozmywakiem/

The host Giorgio was the highlight of the stay. He responded quickly and reliably on whatsapp, gave us really good recommendations on restaurants and beaches to visit. He even bought fresh croissants to eat for breakfast, so unexpected and nice 😃. The inside of the apartment felt like coming to someone’s home, in a nice and cozy way. During our conversation, when we verbally gave him our feedback, we learned that he has a lot of plans for the property and that major improvements are to be made in the future. We look forward to visiting the villa in a few years, when the outside matches the inside.
We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children, we booked this to get 3 bedrooms but only got two. The bedroom with hot tub was closed/blocked even though it was inside our apartment and included in our booking agreement. Apparently to use it we had to pay extra, no information about this when we booked. The outside surrounding need some love. Weeds between the stone slabs. The pool didn’t felt fresh the first 1-2 days of our stay, then it was cleaned. The backyard is a new area for parking and also needs some green fingers to make the impression better and create a coziness. The whole building has indeed patina but not in a good way. Renovation and restoration required.
