Right in the middle of People's Square. Location could not be better. The cafe is nice to bang into people . its always nice vibes in the movie room and the restaurant with lots of people around
The building seems to be old. Staff is a bit straight faced. They did not inform me that i have a credit coupon for my stay. after informing next day they just gave me half value of the voucher.
The map shows the wrong location and difficult to find this hotel on Apple Maps. They have many properties in shanghai and all names are similar.

Excellent location - right by Nanjing Road.
The bathrooms could do with an overhaul - clean but we’re looking a bit tired.

good location. the guy from the morning shift was super nice and helped me carry my luggage downstairs!
the girl that checked me in couldn't speak English.
the soundproofing is non existent.
everything is operated by the room key so just opening your luggage compartment makes A LOT of noise.
not enough space for large luggage.
extremely warm room.
roommates have no manners and are loud at 3 am in the night.
The bathrooms were a bit disgusting.
