The check in process was very smooth, staff always available and more than willing to help. Location great and apartment was comfortable. Daily cleaning appreciated.

The apartments are spacious and have comfortable rooms. They are well equipped with everything you need for a 3 day stay.
A very minor annoyance was the shower hose, it would have been nice to have an overhead mounted shower head, instead of one at the level of the tap.

The crossiants were warm and buttery.
Beds were uncomfortable. Blinds ineffective, noisy with construction. The shower was inconsistent. Housekeeping were lazy. Breakfast staff overloaded and could not serve all the food, coffee atrocious.
