We had planned for 2 nights stay. They made us pay for 2 nights upfront. On the first day itself, we had to leave the hotel on emergency as my grandmother passed away. We had hardly spent 5 hours when we got the news. We requested them to refund 1 day’s amount stating the reason but they did not.

Bad Experience

Room was spacious.

Pathetic is the word. First of all our booking was done in 6900 for 3 nights when on reaching the hotel the manager told usto pay Rs. 7900 which is 1000 extra, on asking him why is he taking 1000 extra he said booking.com waley aise he hai batatey kuch hai and yahan actual mein cost alag rehta hai during check in. We were left with no options but to pay him as it was 1.30am that we reached the hotel due to flight delay. After that on reaching the room the housekeeping guy got us 2 bottles od f water and asked us to pay the amount on the spot, on inquiry he said there is no complimentary water you will have to pay on the spot if you want water, so yet again no options left but we ended us paying. The floor was not upto the mark on walking each step it was making alot of noise, the washroom once used was filled up with water with no proper drainage, there were spider webs and spiders in washroom, there was dampness on walls due to water, there were alot of mosquitoes so we asked for some mosquito repellent coil or something we could use to get rid of mosquitoes but they didn't have anything, the staff was rude. The following day we had ordered tea from Zomato as they dont have inhouse food service we didn't have glasses to have tea in unfortunately we had to ask the hotel staff to provide us with some glasses whether plastic, thermocol, glass or steel anything but they said they can't provide so ultimately we had to cut our plastic water bottle and drink tea in that below is the image for reference. While check out there was no staff help for luggage though they nicely came for tips. Overall bad experience, thug of money, and PATHETIC.

Miserable, and filthy!

Nothing to like about this except the location perhaps.

Hopeless! The beds were so dirty, and it was unsleepable despite a change in linens. Neither Booking.com nor OYO rooms helped as we had to check out after 5 hours even when we had multiple days of booking. No refund or other options were offered either!
