Very complimentary hotel with free water, coffee, and other amenities. Clean room with a balcony and bath, comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive during all my stay. The location was convenient, near to the city center and market, so it was easy to explore the area. Parking is available for guests, which is very helpful. Breakfast is not usual European choice, toasts with vegetables, fruits, and cheese, but it was tasty and enough.
The room size was a little small for me, but still comfortable for a short stay.

Location in the historic center is great. The rooms were spacious. I used the conference room for a work event and it was comfortable and convenient. The traditional Bulgarian restaurant food is first rate.
