Great location. Within 10 minutes from Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia. Easy to get taxi from here.
Washing machine and water dispenser was very useful.
Good customer service, quick response.
Smart TV with Netflix.
No hot water in the main shower when arrive. Sorted out the next day.
Aircon in master bedroom did not function that well. Not that cold.
Informed before arrival that cannot turn on all airconds and use washing machine or microwave at the same time.
Suggest to provide stand fans as backup.

Plenty of space and near multiple shopping centers. Two bathrooms makes the place comfortable for a family.
The place could do with a bit of maintenance. There is quiet some wear and tear on cabinets, walls and in the bath rooms. Also the place is inside a large apartment building with many signs indicating renting out of apartments is not allowed. You also get instructions what to say and what to not say to the security staff and bell boy. It makes you feel a bit unwelcome, even tough everybody is so friendly.

قربه من المجمعات ونظافته ويصلح للعوائل لوجود ادوات الطبخ بالكامل
1- تعامل مسجل الدخول (مايكل) جداً سيئ للغايه .. ولايوجد رسيبشن لانهم شقق فكل تعاملك بالجوال لتسجيل الدخول وطلب اني ارسل له بياناتي الشخصيه مثل الجواز والكرديت كارد عن طريق الجوال مع عدم مراعاة الهاكرز والاختراقات .
2- اللوكيشن في بوكينج غلط وظليت قرابة ساعه للبحث عن الفندق وتواصلت مع (مايكل) لارسال اللوكيشن ورفض ببجاحه انه يرسل اللوكيشن الى ان اكمل بياناتي الشخصيه عن طريق الجوال !! فكان تعامله سيئ ومنفّر للغايه
