Brand new, clean and well equipped rooms, nice view on the lake from the room and the restaurant area. Really good dinner options on site. Great welcoming and day-to-day service. Shuttle to the ski lift was nice to have a well.
Wi-Fi connectivity in the room, disconnecting. Some details in breakfast like cold omelette/bacon but the quality of food was good overall

Beds were comfortable and the scenery in the mountains is nice.
We had many mosquitos in our room and some dust lining the curtains and the walls. When we asked the staff if they could remove the mosquitos, they looked for spray and didn't have any. The next day, I had to push them to buy the spray and get rid of the mosquitos, otherwise they would not have done anything. The sauna and hammam are small. The food is a bit old (not very fresh).
