The apartment is clean and bright. There is a large (not hotel-size) refrigerator and a Nespresso machine. The motorized shutters can be controlled from the bed. Several AC outlets for phone/laptop/etc chargers. Due to it's orientation, you can enjoy the morning coffee at the terrace in sunlight, but in the afternoon it is in the shadow of the building, and does not became too hot.

A cabinet would be useful, but fortunately we didn't had too many luggage.
