Well equipped studio on an excellent location

Located very close to the sea and to the city of Porec. We especially liked the large balcony where we could enjoy our breakfast. The studio is well equipped with everything you need in a kitchen. We are pleased we could find a free parking place nearby.

We didn't like that the shower is leaking under the curtains and into the bathroom. A few items such as the towels and shower curtains could use a replacement. Toilet paper and shower gel were missing.

Superb

The apartment is pretty small and basic, but that's to be expected at this price. It's nice, clean and has everything you need. The host was very nice and arranged for us to check in early. The balcony is really big and great for hanging out. Free parking next to the building. The location is super amazing. One of the best you'll find. The bakery downstairs is good and cheap. The beach is really close. It has a nice park and some beach bars. Porec is also really close. Truly at walking distance, with a nice view of Porec all the way. 100% recommend if you don't need luxury.

The building itself is pretty old. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator. No issue for us, but if these things are important to you it might not be the right fit.
