Excellent location 1 min from the beach, 12 min from the funicular to upper town. Comfortable beds and pillows, fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and loving room with sofa. Underground parking 5 min walk from the flat.
General problem with sewage and toilet - there was non stop noise like from a constant flow of water in the walls/ pipes with no visible problem, but at night it was disturbing in both bedrooms. Bathrooms need some more cleaning. Stairs with no elevator. Host not always accessible.

The location was awesome, right by the boardwalk area, right by the beach, at the centre of the main area.
The detergent fragrance that was used. The washer/dryer that was also not functional.

Excellent apartment: spacious, well equipped (including kitchen), two bathrooms, clean and comfortable. 100 meters from the beach. Silent as is in the inner yard. Free underground parking 100 meters away (though not so that much easy to get in: a lot of other cars are waiting in the overcrowded street, and you have to ask the guard to let you in - priority for the card holders;) )
The lady at the reception (OK, we caught the right moment before they closed, so there was no need to use any codes) did not speak any English at all - not a single word :( The stairs are steep and no lift.

i asked for a balcony for ocean view. but i got the back street. it should be clearer on the info that you can choose the kind of view you want.
