This whole property exceeded our expectation - the comfort, the food, the staff. The pools were big and plenty of chairs and towels. The staff went above and beyond all the time. Highly recommended.

Lazy river, food quality and proximity to the beach

The hotel is newly built, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable, family-friendly environment.
While the hotel is new and clean, there were some drawbacks. The plumbing was not great, and there was an occasional sewage smell in the restrooms and outdoor areas. The spa pricing was also very high, with a 30-minute upper body massage costing $268.

Food was ok, not a high end property quality
The property’s HVAC is horrible! I stayed in a high-end suite with no AC for 1 of my nights! Staff had poor training and hottub never worked!
