The host Silvana was great to communicate with and went out of her way to meet us and help with cases. She showed us around the apartment and gave us loads of information about Sorrento. The apartment was modern and beautifully clean. The air conditioning worked well. There were detergents provided for the washing machine and tea/coffee/water/snacks in the kitchen area.
Checkout was equally as smooth - we were even presented with a parting gift! The location is very central with the historic centre right on the doorstep and the train station only a few minutes walk away. It is also easy to access a lift to take you down to the beach area and port.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sorrento! The property could not have been more conveniently located—just steps away from all the shopping, wonderful restaurants, and the train station. The property itself was spotless, spacious, and much larger than many other properties we’ve stayed in.
Silvana and her husband were wonderful from start to finish. They stayed in contact with us before our arrival and throughout our entire stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond. They provided white-glove service, even parking our rental car for us and helping with all of our luggage. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of!
Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer than two nights! We will most definitely be back to Sorrento, and there is absolutely no doubt that we will stay at this property again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, spotless, spacious, and perfectly located place to stay with hosts who genuinely care about their guests. Thank you Silvana!
