The flat is good, suitable for a family, well equipped, a nice terrace, with a view. All clean and not worn out. The location is good as well.
The host is not responsive. I have not received any answers from the host at all. On arrival I had an issue with the parking lot and access to the bicycle storage room. It was an issue because it was evening time and I had three MTBs on the rack. After leaving the flat I requested the invoice, no response so far. I have an impression that the host does not want to engage in any interactions with me.

Usage of washing machine and dryer could be included in rent cost.
