Excelente lugar para descansar post trekking

Es muy comodo, muy limpio y amplio, tambien la calefaccion es excelente y su ubicacion a metros de la terminal.

Le faltan mas utensilios como abrelatas o destapador, pero pedimos y nos dieron, faltaban elementos para lavar los platos.

Just adequate, but would not necessarily recommend

Relatively inexpensive for our small room. Great shower and soaps. Had a working kettle and some tea/coffee. Easy check-in. Relatively trendy decoration style. Heated enough. Got us through a few nights before we moved to a different hostel. Thanks for having us :)

(Bear in mind we were given the least desirable room I believe [#4, under reception] and that they appear to have better rooms. It was relatively cheap, but still not worth it in our opinion). 1. Poor wifi - unusable in our room, it seemed to connect outside near some other rooms but still patchy, slow and unreliable - poorer than the other hostels and all restaurants we went to in El Chalten. Staff were indifferent about it when asked for help. 2. Construction work right next door (presumably the same company, buildings look the same), which was exceptionally loud during the day. My partner couldn't hike due to injury, so spent a miserable 3 days inside with loud noise and no wifi. This may be irrelevant by next season if construction finishes, but I feel there should have been much more transparency about the issue upon booking. 3. Random clicking sounds in the walls (like a dripping sound), which was loud enough to disturb our sleep. 4. TV in the room was pointless - there was no antenna connection, no streaming accounts logged in and no adequate wifi to use our own account. 5. While the decoration/style was nice enough, construc tion quality seemed a little off, with 3 random holes in the ceiling/wall. 6. No hooks to hang anything despite plenty of empty wall space - a minor inconvenience but could offer a quick and easy improvement!

Die schlechteste und dazu teuerste Unterkunft unserer bisher 65 Reisetage von bisher

Eine Putzfrau hat behauptet wir hätten zwei Handtücher kaputt gemacht. Es war unverschämt. Wir haben zusätzlich vor Ort die Handtücher bezahlt. Zuerst waren es 30$ dann wollten sie nur noch 12$. Ein Handtuch haben wir gesehen, es war leicht mit rosa vom Waschen verfärbt. Das zweite Handtuch (haben wir nicht gesehen) hatte anscheinend Schminkflecken. Wir sind Bagpacker und waren mit dem Zelt über mehrere Tage in den Bergen unterwegs. Wir haben nicht mal Schminke dabei… Egal, wir haben letztendlich zu dem teuren Preis des Apartments noch zusätzlich 12$ bezahlt… Die Unterkunft ist für uns nicht empfehlenswert!

Cómodo, moderno y confortable.

Las instalaciones muy cómodas, muy moderno y equipado. Adecuado al clima. Buena presión para la ducha. Buena ubicación.

Falto recambio de toallas, pero seguro se puede solucionar.

excelente lugar moderno independiente justo para un lugar maravilloso como el chalten.

no tiene desayuno. pero la heladera enfría bien ,tiene cocina y pava eléctrica y te dejan te café de distintos tipos y magdalenas. me gusto la modernidad y comodidad la independencia y cercanía del lugar. y las recomendaciones de lugares donde comer en chalten

poder pagar antes y no tener que sacar la plata o preocuparme por hacer transferencia cuando estoy de vacaciones. si lo pagaba antes - y no una simple reserva ya estaría de vacaciones y no tendría que pensar en dinero

SIN COMENTARIOS BUENOS. MALA EXPERIENCIA

el departamento en si

Cuando llegue al departamento, me esperaban con una cancelación del mismo que no pude hacer antes por disposición del tipo de alquiler, el recepcionista me paso 781000 pesos por dos dias. LLamé a la locadora diciéndole que no estaba bien ni por el tipo de cambio ni por el valor final, a lo que me respondió que es algo dispuesto por booking y que no podía hacer nada, (MENTIRAS) , Lo que pasó en realidad es que puso su precio en pesos y booking lo transformó en dolares al tipo de cambio del momento (octubre), antes de la devaluación de diciembre, como yo fui inmediatamente después de la devaluación esta persona aprovecho lo que decía booking para cobrarme, ( les vuelvo a decir que yo hable con ella y le Conte la situación y ella se dio cuenta pero decidió estafarme moralmente con los ojos abiertos, inclusive le pedi que entrara a su publicacion y el precio para unos días después era de la mitad), en definitiva pague 714.000 pesos por dos noches en un departamento, no tenía otra opción y lo pague, pero por eso en el mundo nos catalogan como lo hacen, NOS CREEMOS LOS "VIVOS" DEL MUNDO, y así nos va. ESE DEPARTAMENTO NO VALE 430 DOLARES POR NOCHE. espero haber sido claro.

CUIDADO! Podem exigir pagamento em dinheiro, o que não é bom para nós, Brasileiros.

Comunicação não foi legal. Precisei de ajuda com a calefação, recebi resposta 10 horas depois. E por fim, e mais chato ainda, contratei para pagar com Visa na hospedagem. Exigiram pagamento em espécie. Isso tira o sossego pois estávamos sem pesos, já contando com a forma de pagamento informado. Totalmente evitável. Por fim, acabei pagando como contratado. Ufa!

Recomendable

Apartamento moderno situado en El Chaltén. Con cocina, nevera, microondas entre otros utensilios para cocinar. Una habitación con cama doble y otro cuarto arriba con tres camas (sin puerta, espacio abierto), Con wifi (aunque por la tarde va lento porque hay mucha gente conectada). Aparcamiento en la calle en la puerta. Fácil llegada con caja con código de llave. Limpieza diaria.

Hay que subir un tramo de escaleras para llegar (lo digo por si hay alguien con falta de movilidad).

Muy bonito apartamento

La amplitud de lugar, distribución, limpieza y que tenia todo lo necesario para uno prepararse algo de comer, además de la excelente atención de Ander que siempre ayudó a conseguir cualquier cosa adicional que necesitamos 😁⭐️

Easy place to stay

We originally got a much smaller room than expected, but because there was so much sand inside he gave us the room next door which was much better. Ofcourse this normally is double the price we paid so hard to say if that would have been value for money but the service was 100%. Bed was comfy and the appartment was super clean.

There is nobody at the property (it’s all self check in) and it’s difficult to leave your bags for a long duration. At 5, the cleaning lady goes home and you need to get your bags. So we had to walk with them and sit somewhere for a while before our bus departure which was a little unfortunate.

Location was great. Room was very cosy and comfortable. Shower was good and hot.

WiFi in our room was extremely weak. Staff could have been better. Had to text them for the key to our room (in a lockbox). Feel the code could have been sent to us without having to ask.

clean, affordable, good for couples

very clean and new facility. Central heating (maybe a bit too hot but still nice). On the day of check in the owner left clear instructions how to enter the room so it was very convenient when we got back from a hike and could go straight to the room. in the room there was a fridge, kettle, tea and coffe which was nice :)

they were constructions going on so it was noisy during the day.

We loved our stay here. Wifi wasn’t great but otherwise a great spot!

We loved the location! The room was cozy and the kitchen was perfect. Good storage.

Very nice apartment in the center of El Chalten

The apartment was new and clean and worked very well for our family of 4. We enjoyed having the space to spread out a little. It was close to some very good restaurants as well as all the points of entry for hiking. You can easily stay here and walk anywhere within El Chalten.

It wasn't easy to contact anyone when we had questions but we managed ok.

Beautiful modern apartment

- heating is centrally managed and could not be adjusted in the flat: so some nights it was scorching hot and other nights rather cold. - Expect a slightly higher price in cash as the owners do not use the official exchange rate, but the exchange rate of selling dollars from their local bank office. A reasonable conversation with the owners about this is impossible. - After our 4-night stay, our reservation in Booking was reduced to 1 night. Questionable.

The big room was OK and the location was good

The room for couple was very small with no power plugs, no mirror, no curtains on the windows. The owner was hard with the payment for tourists. They insisted to charge on the IVA and was not easy to get the invoice from them.
