I had an excellent stay at the hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall service and hospitality. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the location is perfect, especially for travelers. It is conveniently located very close to the train station, which makes getting around very easy.
The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Ms. Jehad at the reception for her exceptional service. She was very welcoming, kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude and attention to guests really made my stay more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great experience with a perfect location, good value for money, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qena! 🌟

Friendly staff at reception, adequate room for a great price. The towel swans were a nice touch. We had the highest room 8th floor with a balcony. Decent Egyptian style breakfast with tea in the morning. AC worked, and hot water worked well. Central location next to train station.
The tea cups and remotes were not clean but everything else was clean.

This is a basic hotel but it goes with qena natural Egypt staff pleasant when you asked for anything as very little English spoken
Cleanliness but then I've stayed at higher price hotels and there were cleanliness issues if you want a basic hotel right in the town excellent but if you want high end hotel this is not for you
